ORDERING INFORMATION

ORDERING
- Please call (907) 790-2787 or fax (907) 790-2788 or email artdepartment@gci.net to place an order. We no longer accept orders through our website checkout.
- Or come in and visit us at 9342 Glacier Hwy. No 74, located at The Art Department.
MINIMUMS
- There is a minimum order of $25 for all orders, which include mat board & foam core backing boards.
- Pricing is for single mats and includes one rectangular or oval opening.
- For double mats multiply by two and for triple multiply by three etc. Additional openings may be requested via email and/or fax for an additional charge of $1.00 per opening per mat board or backing.
TERMS
- Visa and Mastercard accepted only. Credit card payments will be processed before your order is cut and mailed.
SHIPPING
- Standard orders are shipped within 2-4 working days from receipt of order... many times, faster.
- We only ship our products within the United States. No out of country shipments will be made.
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.
- Orders over $50 will be insured and tracker labels will be placed on all orders.
- All oversize packages are subject to an additional $5 per box oversize charge.
- All orders under $25 that are accepted at our discretion are subject to a $5.00 handling fee and normal freight charges. Orders over $25 are charged freight only.
RETURNS
- All orders are custom cut to the customer’s need. We are unable to accept returns. All orders are processed according to the online order/request of the customer. Special requests regarding an order must be made in writing via email or fax.
DAMAGES
- If your box appears damaged at the time of pick up and/or delivery do not accept it from the United States Postal Service unless you are willing to take responsibility for recouping the damage costs from the USPS itself. All orders $50 or more will be insured for the amount of the order.
